"This store is always a favorite of ours but today the employees went above and beyond for us. We showed up to shop with our kids and unfortunately, the store was closed to the public because of Covid-19 precautions. When they offered to shop via FaceTime, I thought it would be a waste of time but I knew of one game I spcifically wanted, so I went ahead and FaceTimed with them. To my surprise, I had a lot of fun shopping and getting their recommendations! It was a great solution during this "social distancing" time and I actually purchased 8 items!
